What bios do you have at the moment? The newest is quite buggy, I have found the most stable is 3008! I currently have mine set to 3.85ghz and the memory at 3.1mhz, I found the best way is to start at the base line 3ghz on the processor, allow the dual intelligent processors to automatically clock the CPU frequency, afterwards go into the bios and adjust your memory first and gradually increase the BLCK offset until it's stable, you should get some satisfactory results.
Hope that helps.
Simon.
