I purchased these headphones 9 months ago. Just the other day, the right side decided to start going in and out and eventually quit working all together. Anyone else have this problem with the Strix wireless or is it just my dumb luck? Does anyone have and email I can contact to try and get the warrantied? I've tried contacting them via facebook with no luck at all and the only email I could find closest to headphones was "wearables" and they completely disregarded me.
