How many sticks of RAM are you using?
if it is a kit of 4x 16GB, one of them have dropped.
Are you running the memory at stock speed (2133MHz) or OC?
What UEFI (BIOS) version are you using? Version 0902 is the latest official, that reportedly solved dropping of channels (but not using the latest AGESA).
If your UEFI version is up to date, try reseating your RAM.

Why do you say that one of the ram stix has dropped when the system About shows 64.0 GB (47.9 GB usable) ?
