Is Asus's software department on holiday?

I have a ROG STRIX Z370-G GAMING (WI-FI AC) MB and many problems with it:
Aura does not work at all
the fastest hard disk Samsung 960 EVO is since the last microcode firmware update as slow as a hard disk from the 70s
etc.

The last activity in software updates was at least 3 weeks ago.
Did Asus give all programmers leave?
It can't go on like this, people!

They are probably in holiday, yes, but the problem you are facing with your ssd is intel's fault sadly.
I refrained to update for a lot of reasons and this was part of it.

Forget about high speed. It is gone for the Spectre patch. They may optimize some parts of the code but only expect some small percentage back.
At least no one should have to worry about fast RAM with z370 systems anymore. No need until you love synthetic tests.
You may find that thread interesting https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?99745-Prime-z370-a-bios-0607
