"Event Viewer" The embedded controller (EC) returned data when none was requested.

Hello Asus
I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my new ROG MAXIMUS X HERO with an i7 8700k CPU. In the event viewer I keep seeing this warning message? any idea what this mean? I have the latest BIOS update already installed for this motherboard.

: The embedded controller (EC) returned data when none was requested. The BIOS might be trying to access the EC without synchronizing with the operating system. This data will be ignored. No further action is necessary; however, you should check with your computer manufacturer for an upgraded BIOS.

1) Flash the last bios
2) Make Clear Cmos
3) Do not use none utilities from Asus
That's all, the problem will be solved.
This error is caused by a conflict between utilities and BIOS, these problems have been for many years, Asus simply needs to change the management approach.

You might get those errors when using software like hwinfo.
You can just ignore it.
