If you are gonna go AIO get the Enermax Liqtech TR4. It gives better IHS coverage.

As gupsterg wrote, go for an Enermax Liqtech TR4 (360 if your case can take it).
I use a Corsair H100i V2, it is decent when running CPU at stock settings, but will probably not be enough for OC.

As for RAM, I'd at minimum go for 4*8GB.

I plan on adding another 4x4 kit soon. I don't plan on OC right away, may end up going custom loop if and when I do. I just didn't want to put my old h115i on it so I opted for a h115i pro. With the Corsair ML 140's that I have currently. To be honest it's way more pc than I need persay. but I had a great year, and its been rare to be able to drop coin like this.
Went from working at Denny's for slave wages, to owning my own business. It was time for an upgrade, only thing I've bought pc wise was last year I got a new monitor and a 1080 Ti.

AFAIK the difference between the 2 AIOs stated is just RGB. If the plan is to go custom loop later I'd just use the h155i for now and not spend on h155i.

With TR it was my 1st time going WC. I bought cheapest rads going, MagiCool G2 slim 360mm, I use 2 of. The loop cools TR and RX VEGA 64, which is a power hog compared with GTX 1080 I initially had. I also bought Barrow fittings which are cheaper than most, been great IMO. I had EK TR block but the Bykski IMO obliterates it as a product which costs less.

CMD16GX4M4B3200C16-ROG that you have in your parts list should be Samsung B die. Ryzen/Threadripper just luvs that RAM IC. I have used 2 RAM kits which are not on the ASUS ZE QVL, F4-3200C14D-16GTZ and F4-3200C14Q-32GVK. They both have rocked 3466MHz C15 1T with minimal tweaking. With the quad kit I have high stability in UEFI 0019, 0902 and now testing on UEFI 0901. 3200MHz C14 1T is pretty much plug'n'play with Samsung B die single rank/sided dimms.

This is UEFI 0901, SOC: 1.025V, VDIMM: 1.35V and loaded The Stilt 3200MHz Safe preset.

That is back to back stability testing 😉 . Just to wrap up profile, I'm doing RealBench Stress mode 2hrs now. And this quad kit was open box purchase, where 1 dimm was from another kit.

Yeah , I love it, beats "working for the man" I went with this kit firstly because its ROG, AND Dominator Plats, I had an easy time using the 2400 MHZ Dom plats on with my 8350/CHVFZ. Same reason I went with the H115i Pro, the h100i and h110i performed well for me, even when taking my 8350 to an easy 4.8 Ghz. I probably should have come here first before pulling the trigger, not that I am having regrets, but I would have looked more into the cooler. The one Mistake I made was not getting 3600 MHz ram, but I didn't see the ROG dom plats @ that speed, and being Dom plats they might be able to hit 3600.

Nooo.. You don't want to add another RAM kit sometime in the future on Threadripper.
The platform is very picky about the memory when you fill all slots, best option is to buy a kit containing the amount of sticks and size you want directly from the start.
Second to best is to buy two smaller kits at the same time, and hoping that they have the same binning. (Very low chance if there is a gap between purchase of the two kits).

You really want to double check your RAM on this platform...can make the difference between plain sailing and a world of hurt. Don't combine kits unless you are happy tweaking BIOS for hours and even then sometimes coming up short of where you want to be.

Look long and hard at the QVL or the manufacturers page for the RAM...

G.Skill is the best IMO qualified Trident Z RGB or Ripjaws V....and the higher the quantity of RAM you use the lower should be frequency expectations...

3200MHz C14 out of the G.Skill is supposed to be best bin of Samsung B die, only thing better would be the 3600MHz C15, which these days is gold dust AFAIK. I have yet to see fully stable 3600MHz with timings that would beat 3466MHz or lower using optimal timings. Best I have managed on C6H is 3466MHz C15 1T, 3500MHz I need to drop to C16, which then I see no point. ZE I have nailed 3466MHz C15 1T in quad channel, which I think is good considering complexity of TR vs Ryzen.

I would assume the Corsair 3200MHz C16 is gonna probably not be as good bin as G.Skill, but may still be a lot easier ride for usage than other kits which do not have Samsung B die.

TR 1950X will probably be OK at stock on AIO depending on you don't load up some heavy stability tests. Have a look at the Bykski block thread I recently did, the data is stock CPU and RAM OC only.
