Currently I'm trying to access my personal cloud server to stream videos on my iOS, the problem now is that the AiCloud app only supports GPlayer and AcePlayer, and these 2 player can not open some mkv files. I have WD MyCloud app and it supports VLC Player very well, it auto switches to the VLC app and then auto plays the mkv file, all work like a charm. So is it possible to support VLC Player on iOS?

I think the basic work under the hood is generating a sharing link and send it to the player, and then play it, so if it is not possible to support VLC Player automatically, I'm considering manually creating links and manually begin to stream it in VLC, but the second problem is that, when I create a sharing link in AiCloud app, I no longer have access to manage it, nowhere to get the actually address after I tap "Set Sharing Link" option on a file.

Anyone has any idea? Thanks.
