Should I get a pair of USB headphones or does the G74sx have enough juice with the built in headphone jack. Any recommendations?

it depends on what you are looking

1.the ROG vulcan are good but waaaaay expensive for the lack of bass they "don't have"!
2. for all the reviews i have read Plantronics GameCom 780! (i will have to wait several months to buy them here in portugal) 😞 [usb]
3. normally ANY AKG are good [analog input]

P.S. if you're not looking for noise cancellation and/or quadriphonic headphones go with the analog input..
