First benchmark we're starting with lastest update Geekbench 4.2.2 ( Feb 22, 2018 Build)

With the new production MCU 02000043 deployed on BIOS 1102 modded.
The single thread performane was on par with 02000003A MCU that ASUS used before.
However multicore score was better from 36000-37000 ranges to 42000+

Geekbench 64-bit 4.2.2 on Windows 10 RS 5 Build 17604.1000

Single Core score

Multi Core score

According to new MCU 02000043 on Core i 9 7980XE R6E BIOS 1102 Modded.

Single core performance @ 3400MHz perform very well same as 0200003A microcode on original 1102 BIOS that ASUS used.

Multi core performance @ 3400MHz better than 0200003A around 10%+

The big difference is in disk performance (visible with Crystal Disk Mark, for example)
With the microcode 02000043, I have a drop of 50Mb/s on the 4K Write for example, compared to the microcode 0200002B
Sorry for my english 😄

My head hurts. I’m sure this made sense to you but can you just show simple before microcode update, after then modded BIOS? Or did you and I can’t figure that out?

“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity, I'm not sure about the former” ~ Albert Einstein

Where can I download that microcode?

I've checked intel.com, but they still have the 11/17 microcode.dat as latest.

Thanks in advance
