Cooling Pad not sure this is in that price class you're talking about though. I prefer that cooling pad with USB 3.0 but you can get it with USB 2.0 (I don't own it, considering to get one)

Asus ROG shuttle backpack. Some says it's a good backpack in this forum, I had it until I gave it as a gift for my brother since the compartment for the notebook didn't fit my G73SW. But overall it's a nice backpack with a lot of storage that you can use
