maximus ix formula audio cuts dolby digital

Hey

i have done my best to solve it but i have done everything new cables connected like hdmi and displayport other video card time and again with the same problem
I hope you can understand me I have difficulty typing but I will do my best
reinstalling windows
latest drivers
clean boot with only drivers and using mouse and keyboard

what I did is use 4 optical cable on the playstation and watch netflix and no problem
other pc problem is not there and also with netflix and also another mkv video file
laptop and also netflix and an mkv video with optical problem is not there

the surround sound device that I used several times exchanged with the same problem first thought that it was the device but have it with another kinds of models 2x even exchanged and with the same result

somehow I get the annoying sound audio cut on my motherboard my setting looks like this
