Problem with reinstalling Caps Lock key after removing/cleaning

    Hello everybody,

I have a pretty big problem. I have taken out the Caps Lock key in order to clean under it. I've taken it slowly without damaging the key or the white plastic brackets and hinges. I've cleaned under the key however I can't seem to be able to put it back the way it was. The key remains tilted, as you can see in the photo attached to this post. Any ideas please? What am I doing wrong ?

There are companies that sell replacement key, on the same website for your notebook they have a video that shows you how to remove and replace the keys. looks like our hinge might be broke or you haven't gotten all 4 snaps incorrectly. Not sure on your notebook book but my G75 had tabs on the top that slid into top side of hinge horizontal then two snaps in the bottom end of the hinge that snapped in straight down once the front tabs were slid into place.
