If everything is fine on the TV, then there's nothing wrong with the GTX 760. Test the HDMI cable the other way around in case one connector has a loose connection. If confirmed with another HDMI cable to eliminate that as the cause, then the monitor must be the issue. Alternatively, try connecting a different PC or laptop to the monitor to see if you can replicate the issue.
