4k@60hz on GL553V Possible?

Friend has GL553V and can't get 4k@60hz on his new monitor (U28E590D). Reinstalled drivers, tried 2 different HDMI 2.0, USB c to display port (guess it's not TBT 3) but nothing.. intel graphics alaways show only 30hz option. I have read somewhere that this integrated intel graphics (HD 630 in i7-7700HQ) can only show 4k@60HZ through display port.. .but laptop doesn't have display port and there is no thunderbolt 3.

What are his options?

GL553 has only HDMI 1.4b, not HDMI 2.0, so no 4K@60FPS support through this port.
The only thing I can suggest is to try streaming through Win10 Miracast/DLNA. Maybe it supports 4K@60FPS
