Can't Boot from M.2 Sata III SSD.

I Need help ! >.<

Ok so I have this new build with 2 HDD's and 1 SSD but the SSD is from the last build. At first it would not even let the pc turn on when I had the SSD in the slot, after a lot of searching found out that I had to change the m.2_1 in BIOS from Auto to Sata.
Now the pc reads the SSD and doesn't shut down after 5 secs. But it doesn't boot from it even though it's the first priority. I can get in windows from the OS on the other HDD and see that my SSD is showing up with all the files BUT the 3rd drive has disappeared now.
Why can I not boot the windows from the SSD? and why did my other drive disappear? Can my PSU be faulty?

When installing Windows 10 try to remove all other drives apart from your intended boot drive then plug them back in after installing of the OS, also have you set the correct GEN.
