I have a CPU clock in idle mode 3400mhz when powered by a socket and 1550mhz when using battery power... use of the processor in idle from 2 to 7%.... this not normal?

I think its perfectly normal.
When on the battery, the system will reduce the frequency of the CPU and GPU to increase battery life.
And what frequencies do you have? Before I installed AMD Chipset Drivers, the frequency was only 500 mhz when using battery power, After installing this driver, the frequency became 1500 mhz when using battery power.
