Hi guys this morning I found that the secondary usb port of the strix flare does not work anymore I updated to windows 11 I thought this was the problem instead I reinstalled everything new and clean of windows 10 but the same does not go

Firmware for ROG STRIX FLARE
Good afternoon, could you send me the firmware for the ROG STRIX FLARE keyboard.
At the current moment of time, it suddenly stopped working.
The backlight does not work, 1 lamp Num Lock is on and there is no reaction to pressing. When connected to a computer, the keyboard is detected. Updating through the ROG Armory program does not work. Gives an error when updating.
Tried using different usb ports, nothing worked
