My question is simple for the ASUS Officials.

Can you please enable the Alexa ASUS Router Skill in Australia. Currently its restricted to only the US*

There should not be any restrictions for regions. However, currently the skill is available only in English, German, and soon - Japanese.

The ASUS Router skill supports Rapture GT-AC5300:

Amazon certification for UK, Canada, India, Australia, and Japan will take a few weeks to process. ASUS Router Skill is coming to Australia, please wait a little longer until that passes.
