Thanks in advance for any help and advice.*
*My son was given a Rampage V over the weekend. In the search for a CPU to go on it came across a Xeon E5-1620 v3. So my question is A) would this be a good buy for this board and B) would there be any issues with it, in relationship to it being a server CPU.*

A) Depends on what you plan to do with the system.

B) Some features won't work.
