The GL702ZC comes with a 4 cell 76 Wh capacity battery (design charge capacity) according to the battery label, software reporting, vendor spec sheets, and virtually every review site. However, the actual capacity reported by owners (full charge capacity) is only ~60 Wh (59-62 Wh) on brand new units out of the box.

It's unclear what Asus' response is to this rather large discrepancy, whether they consider it normal or a defect, and whether the warranty policy would cover it.
