Asus x99 Pro USB 3.1 MB QR errors. What is going on?

    Hi everyone!!
I am new in here and am in great need of help.
After completing my rig in late 2015 I recently started experiencing issues with my MB. Over the past 2 months my PC has been acting strange. I never OC and I do have a liquid cooler installed. Here are my components:

    CPU

    Intel - Core i7-5820K 3.3GHz 6-Core Processor

    CPU Cooler

Corsair - H110i GT 113.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler

    Motherboard

    Asus - X99-PRO/USB 3.1 ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard

    Memory

    G.Skill - Ripjaws 4 series 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-2800 Memory

    Storage

Samsung - 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

    Video Card

EVGA - GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Classified ACX 2.0+ Video Card
    Case

Thermaltake - Core V71 ATX Full Tower Case

    Power Supply

    EVGA - SuperNOVA P2 850W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

    Optical Drive

    LG - WH14NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer

    Operating System

    Microsoft - Windows 10 Pro OEM 64-bit

    Case Fan

    Thermaltake - Luna 12 LED 50.4 CFM 120mm Fan

    Thermaltake - Luna 12 LED 50.4 CFM 120mm Fan

    Thermaltake - CL-F036-PL14BU-A 38.6 CFM 140mm Fan

    Monitor

    Dell - U2715H 27.0" 2560x1440 60Hz Monitor

    Keyboard

Logitech - G510 Wired Gaming Keyboard

    Mouse

Logitech - G502 Proteus Core Wired Optical Mouse

    Here are the symptoms:
    1) The PC is only able to post after I pull the 3V battery out and move the jumper to clear the CMOS. --> Everything Works. (Or power cycle the PSU)
    2) After post, Windows loads and I am able to use my PC
    3) Then the PC goes to sleep. When I decide to bring the PC back from sleep it simply receives enough power to restart once and show all kinds of QR codes: 00, a6. Sometimes it continues restarting while showing (00).
I really don't know what to do anymore. Right now, my PC is running w/o any issues. Is it really the CPU issue? If yes then how come I am able to boot up windows after clearing CMOS?

The issue only appears after bringing the PC back from sleep and also when it is completely shut-down. (How come issue dispersal after I clear CMOS or power cycle PSU?)

Lastly, I would like to add that I took everything apart to bare minimum to test each component outside of the case. I started with MB and PSU w/o CPU. Then I was adding each component 1 by 1 and trying to replicate the issue. Luckily, the error did not appear. Unfortunately it did this morning, Code 00. Please help me out, I am total noob so have patience with me.
    Thank you.
