USB 3.0 is not working in 3.1 Asus ROG Apex VI

Hello!
I have a little problem. All my USB 3.0 devices(flash drive, card reader) are not working in 3.1 ports on my MB. But if i will plug something 2.0 - it works. i tried to install Asmedia_USB3.1-3.0_Driver from asus site but it says "this driver does not support your device". in BIOS i can't change anything about xHCI/EHCI.
i have Win 10 pro and it is up to date.
I really do not know what to do ... 😞

The first thing I would check are the USB settings in BIOS. It is possible (if unlikely) that they have been disabled. This would also explain why the driver installer cannot find a compatible device.

By default, these options should allow the controller to work. Perhaps you can screenshot what you're seeing under USB Configuration in the BIOS?

This is an old post, but I am having the same issue with my Omega. USB 3.0 just stopped working.
