ROG Strix GTX 1080 - not recognized [Resolved]

The last Windows 10 update a couple of days ago also updated the Intel onboard graphics, Now my PC will not recognise my ASUS Rog Strix graphics card. I have updated to the latest driver, Nivida software recognises I have the card but Nivida settings doesn't. Please help

I worked it out I unplugged all my leads the other day and plug into the on board HDMI port:o
