Z170 Viii Ranger Motherboard and 6700k cpu temperature issue

I have I have asus z170 viii ranger with 6700k no external gpu i m getting weird prob like temp issue when stress test it asus stress it cross 82c or 84c some time n some at starting windows its on 4200 mhz and few minutes later getting normal is that normal
16gb 2 different brand 3200mhz its on xmp profile to set plz xpertz help n i just updated it lates bios also 3703 plz help

What kind of cooling do you have? By the sound of your temperatures, you might need a more beefier cooling solution.
