Cpu fan is low RPM 1386 on full GPU 3900 rpm reason its been going 80-90 on extreme and i can only game with fans as the cpu fan cant keep up will ring asus in the morning will keep u posted

Well its just gone back for its 5th RMA still overheating when overclocked still the same fault as the first time i sent it back LCD has gone yet again its fine checking forums etc but as soon as u ram up the cpu it goes nuts ie 98c 99c the vapor chamber should keep it cool right? at least that what it says online coolest laptop on the market. Just hope 5th time lucky as this has been a 11 month headache just cant understand why its wasnt replaced its had 2 motherboards fans modules pipes etc x2 still cant fix it even come back to me faulty im a asus fan my main pc is all asus just feel so let down payed 1,399 for the laptop seems like asus couldnt care less in the uk so angry with all this.

LerMeRepair messaged me this morning its the motherboard again so this will be my 3rd cant understand why they go so quick and 2nd LCD ASUS should of just replaced the unit .Glad it came with 2year warranty as it looks like im going to need it.

Yet again waiting on ASUS For this RMA number i was promised friday which never turned up so i can swap my laptop for new i hope.Came back from 5th RMA worse then when it went off throttling in standard now even opening firefox even playing music it throttles said to asus i need my laptop as i go away to malta next week and need the laptop.Its a year ago friday i go it and its never worked as a gaming laptop overheats throttles always comes back worse and faulty.Asus customer care in the uk is beyond a joke always me phoning or email to see whats going on always saying we will phone u back never do WISH i never got this brick 1,399 and a year of all this one big fing headache mad anger just doesnt cover it how would u feel spending 1,399 on a laptop thats never worked as a gaming laptop.

No mail Yet again even though i was promised friday phoned again today and i have to wait till tomorrow and the manger will let me know whats going on waiting on asus all the time the way u treat your customers service is a joke u should be shamed.

Yet again nothing from asus phoned yet again and still nothing from the swap team totaly a waste of space if your in the uk dont buy asus waranty is a joke so is the repair you should be totaly ashamed .

Still nothing phoned again no answer from the swap team what a surprise its a year old friday and its never worked 100% this hole thing is a nightmare if u live in the uk avoid ASUS its ok when it works when it doesnt your screwed so waiting on asus again.Spoke to the box.co.uk too see what they can do well they cant be anyworse then asus hope they can sort out this mess and i get a working laptop.Just make me want to spit fire got this for my disabled wife so she can watch what she wantsin the day and me gaming in the evenings and work in the day if needed or if she gets sick she has MS so it goes from day to day she works from home all she has is a old ipad just makes me sick.Spent 1,399 on this brick gave u the chance to fix 5 times still nothing ASUS cant even replace the thing as one hand doesnt know what the other is doing it seems.I know u reps cant help and thank you for the advice u have given i cant thank you enough just so fing frustrated ATM sorry for me moaning like this but i cant take anymore of this S%i&.

UPDATE has to go back to asus for them to check it then they will refund or replace So no laptop for me when i go on hoilday next week thank you asus.So i better look for internet cafes then ffs so bitter i can taste it Whats funny is they asked me if i wanted to send it back then give me RMA number lol wtf am i going to do with a broken laptop just be glad to be shot of it tbh just glad it has a 2 year warranty. Really the money i spend this last year on internet cafes etc i could of got a even better laptop if i had known your RMA and customer service was so BADSo by the time this is all and done im looking at 14 months without a gaming laptop i payed 1,399 for as its never worked always overheating thermal throttling infact its came back worse every time came back faulty overheating still after 5 RMA's.

I got this brick a year today and its never worked right the box has asked me to send it to them hopefully they can sort it and i can get a working gaming laptop only been waiting a YEAR .
