Asus rog claymore keyboard right arrow not working, why?

Hi guys,

I would appreciate any help because this is stressing me out.

I got a Asus rog claymore keyboard with numpad extension and its all been working fine no issues... until I realised that the right arrow key doesnt actually work.

The odd thing is, it works when I use the Fn key to change colours on the keyboard etc but by itself either in games or just in windows it doesnt, up, down and left arrow works just not right! I've tried removing the driver for keyboard, updated armoury incase it was the issue, installed new drivers, rebooted etc but still in windows I cannot move anything right! If anyone has an idea why I would be very grateful as technically it works because of the Fn keys use but I dunno...

Btw, Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 5 1600, 1070 Ti, 16GB Ram - All brand new - drivers all updated.

If the right arrow isn't working WITHOUT having to press Fn, that's a faulty key in a sense that it's not working as it should.

I would RMA that, especially if it can be replicated by the guys at the shop as they will probably test it.

You've paid a lot of money for that Keyboard, all keys should be working.
