GL703VM Keyboard stops responding

Sometimes when playing games on my Laptop the keyboard stops responding. It doesn't seem to be specific to any particular game, as it's happened in Overwatch, PUBG, and Fallout 4. When it does happen, it behaves as though the last key pressed is still pressed, and absolutely nothing on the keyboard responds. Everything else on the laptop continues to function (I've watched myself die while talking to my team on Overwatch multiple times), and the only solution is to reboot the computer.

I have the latest bios installed and the latest ATK package.

Any ideas?

Opened a ticket with support. Got the standard "Power down and perform a "Hard Restart" by unplugging everything and holding the power button for 60 seconds.

So... in the interest of SCIENCE!!!! I've done exactly that and we'll see what happens. I'll update this post with any progress.

I'm having the same issue but mine seems more permanent.

I'm going to attempt a BIOS downgrade now.

I don't know that there's a downgrade available for the GL703VM.

I have had some progress, after clearing up some static electricity issues (plastic table vs wood), I've had the issue once since my last post here. Unplugging my SteelSeries Mouse got my keyboard responding again.
