Steam download always dips to 0kb/s ?

Hi, as the title says my steam download always dips on GL503VD.Do everyone have the same problem ? is it usual on wifi or no ?

That's not a laptop issue. That is a steam software or server issue.

I found the solution, it seems changing the server to whatever server near you works

That sounds a lot easier than my method for fixing it lol. I'd go in and delete the partial download and just re-start it. Thanks for the tip.
