Exclamation Audio problems with this absolutely amazing board.

    Hey Guys!
I have Bose QC35s and I was trying to play fortnite the other day. I used to use my laptop, the GL502VM for this and my headphones were great. But I have recently finished this dope "dream" build as to say, only to realize that my headphones don't work properly with this motherboard (or may be something else, I don't really know. Anyway, I don't have a separate mic and use the in-built one. Now, I can't use the inbuilt one if I'm using it as a playback device and I basically can't use it as a recording device because then the playback stuff doesn't work. I tried this out on my laptop again and everything's working fine. Please help me find a Solution to this.

I have strix 1080ti oc, 32 gigs of trident z RGb, and a 7820x. But I don't see the point in asking for the PC config in this thread because as far as I know, only the motherboard has anything to do with the audio problems.

Dont you have 2 audio devices for your Bose? One Playback device, for your headphones, and a recording device for your microphone on your Bose? If not, i would check if there are new drivers for it? Are you using them in BT mode or with the Cable? (if used by cable, you need to use your soundcards devices, for BT there additional devices)

Yeah, but when I do use the one with the recording device, the sound quality gets all messed up while it works mostly fine on my laptop. Besides, idk why, but whenever I don't have the mic enabled in and I'm playing CS or fortnite, I can't even hear other people speak. I know it could be something wrong with the game files or something, but again, this isn't a problem on my laptop.

Another thing I'd love to know if I can somehow use my laptop mic with my desktop. I have read some stuff about this being possible but i'm not entirely sure. It would be great if you could help me this, but I'm not sure if it'll work since there seems to be something wrong with my MoBo itself. (the livedash feature hasn't been working since I opened it up)
