I'm not sure if you can. Aura does change your lighting scheme to reflect Black ops 4 game states. I realised thats why I couldnt get my game to load properly.

I followed your procedure to the letter but after the restart, it still appears. I had to go in manually and delete a couple of folders that were still there.
Now nothing appears even after running CCleaner and doing the registry but when I go to install as Admin, it asks if I want to completely uninstall, then it goes through the process and uninstalls nothing and restarts.

I sorted the problem out.

If I play a game like World of Warships, the colour and effects work for the Mobo and Strip; however, the mouse and the GPU change colour and lose their effect.
After the game I turn AURA on and OFF the GPU reverts, but the mouse will not reset unless I reset the PC. My mouse is an ROG Pugio with up to date firmware.

This is some ****ing joke on ASUS side, how TF is it so difficult to take the changelog and publish it along with software??? They release new version, they must have reason for it, so put that F reason in changelog....

The AURA software is a joke though.

It's as if someone high up gave the project to their child so they could learn some programming. The first time I used the software it was on a brand new build and it was the only software that woudn't play nice. It would crash repeatedly and suck up a whole core to do nothing. Now this latest version forgets settings.

Does anyone know if I remove AURA is there any way of using the LEDs on the motherboard?
Frankly I would be ok just scrapping them altogether, afterall it's a computer so it really doesn't need flashing lights.

Hi, I'm having a similar problem to ones listed, and all the solutions have not worked for me and no one at asus wants to help. maybe someone here can

Basically my RGB doesn't work on my board or headers period. Doesn't show up in aura either.

I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling etc.
I know its not a hardware issue as turning of the PSU and back on makes them flash for a second.
I've tried BIOS updates, turning rgb off in bios and on again. etc

I've heard of unbricking software for the cosshair boards is there something similar for ours?
thanks. I'd love to have my pretty lights again.
