Still not working on my ROG Strix X570-E

I can't believe it, but I was able to successfully install the new AURA. Started the install, it prompted me to uninstall the previous version, reboot and then installed the new one and it is working. This is the first update that went smoothly.

on my friend computer also went good not on mine.

BUT the crate is solid after talking with some DEV very early on the morning.

RX580 still won't show up in AURA with Radeon drivers 19.7.2.

Managed to get it launched by following the steps below:

1. Uninstall Aura Service
2. Delete Lighting Service folder from Prgram Files (x86)
3. Uninstall Aura Lighting Program
4. Use CCleaner to clear registry
5. Empty recycle bin
6. Restart PC
7. Install Aura Lighting Program (I used 1.07.71)
8. Restart PC

Now to see if it can last the test of time but i at least now have it all sync'd for now.

Welp, after almost two weeks I finally found a version that works. I had to go back to 1.06.17 which didn't work before even with the uninstalling everything using Revo, running the Aura cleaner, CCleaner, manually deleting all the other files, turning off the computer, unplugging it and the motherboard for a half hour, reinstalling using admin privileges, ect, ect, ect....

In the end I basically did a fresh install and installed every version from 1.03 on up. Each time doing a reinstall and moving to the next one. Finally got it to work with the 1.06.17 version but not beyond. So the key here is to simply NOT to upgrade from this version.... ever. It was an absolutely horrid experience and simply should not have to happen.

Just update aura on my friend's PC (Strix z270G MB) and app works fine. How to update (version after 1.06.17):
1) Run setup.exe from installation dir and uninstall old app. Restart.
2) Go to archive with uninstalled version of aura, than run in LightingService folder AuraServiceSetup.exe, if you see uninstall button - click to it! After this go to aac folder and repeat this step for each exe.
3) After steps 1 and 2 in program files(x86) find LightingService folder and delete. Also check, that is no asus folder in program files and in program files(x86)/asus you don't have aura folder.
4) Install new app. For me this method has worked on two different computers (both on z270 chipset).

Asus, please. give us independent sync for aura terminals! Your own sdk see TWO devices, not one! Give us opportunity to use some terminals with HALO and others with Aura app! WE NEED MORE FLEXIBILITY!

sooo any update on this? How did you fix it?

Try and feed me back.

1. Delete the file LastProfile.XML that is on C:\ProgramFile(x86)\LighttingService path.
2. Go to Services and restart LightingServices. IF it is stop. Start and then right away restart.
3. Restart the machine

You can later IF you want power cycle as other has done. Take notes these will vary and some will or not work. I will take today another AMD motherboard and check these since not all have the same issues but most are like these. Do not force loading aura. just use it normal But works on 90% of the cases
