Trying to install latest on my Hero X Wifi (as administrator, UAC disabled) and UAC keeps blocking it. Can't figure out how to unblock. Anyone have a fix/help?

Open BIOS and disable RGB before install. After install, re-enable RGB in BIOS, then it will work.

Just upgraded to Aura 1.07.57, still the same issue, when my monitors go to sleep (Blank) the aura effects stop, until I open the Aura software and perform a resync.
Asus Maximus X Xtream
G Skill Trident 2x 8 GB

Asus XG35V this does Aura as well (also a note on this. if i disable the Aura Effects on the monitor all other aura affects are extremely slow)

To make AURA Sync & ROG Armoury cohabit cleanly, it is necessary to desynchronize on AURA Sync your devices which are on ROG Armoury (keyboard/mouse ...) and manage the lighting via ROG Armoury for these devices, otherwise conflicts will occur.

Here's a thought... Add a read.me file in the zip file with the instructions to install or re-install Aura. This would save users a lot of headaches and reduce complaints.

I have a Z370-G and the mobo led is always off when wake up after hibernate

Hey, guys. Newbie here.

I have an ASUS PRIME Z390-P, which doesn't have any AURA SYNC features, but it does have a 12V RGB header.

My problem is that I recently purchased an RGB GPU bracket (this one) which boasts SYNC compatibility, but the program doesn't recognize any SYNC compatible devices. I get a dialog saying "please connect an AURA SYNC compatible device". I have no control over the lights; it's simply stuck in a default "on/off" multi colour mode.

This is on version 1.07.57. The recommended 1.06 version crashes immediately after launching it.

I have no idea if my BIOS firmware is the latest. Most likely isn't, since I was told not to mess with it.

Any help is greatly appreciated. :P

Hi All
i have recently done an update to Aura Software 1.07.57

followed the UPDATE/CLEAN INSTALL instructions as posted at the start of this thread

all works well for the first hour or so them Software stops syncing and software then crashes
cannot start program even after reboot

Have never experienced this issue prior to versions 1.07.55 or 1.07.57

I have/had a similar problem after installing 1.07.57. Turned out lightning service stops randomly.
I fixed it by Run --> services.msc --> scroll down and find LightningServices --> set properties for it to restart automatically if the service stops. Worked for me. Not that the error has gone away, but at least now it gets fixed automatically when it happens.

I have installed 1.07.55.
Rampage V E10 and Poseidon.

Motherboard option missing, I mean it's visible but I can't click. I could change RGB color together or unlock GPU.
And only on Color Cycle LED on Motherboars stay Red. On other Rainbow and other effect Color change on Both.

Damn buggy software.

well 1.07.60 even worse than 1.07.57 with this new version installed i have lost my G.Skill Trident Z RGB LED lighting. good job keep up the good work

after an hour of fighting with it I've finally got it to direct the memory again and now working lets see how it goes

Same issue still exist have to go in to Task manager and restart lightingService to get it to sync after wake up
