Same issue for me as well. Z370-F. Went out of town, house lost power and the VRM rgb light won’t come back on. Shows mb in aura. Hard reset and checked bios, but that about all I’ve done. Didn’t want to pull heat sink to check connection unless I have to as it worked fine until unexpected loss of power. Pc is hooked to a quality surge protector with a platinum rated ps. Don’t expect power surge issues, but you never know. Thoughts? Next steps?

My RGB on the top of the i/o shroud just went out on my Z370-F as well. Two months using this board. Did everything I could so far...updated bios, aura and checked the connector underneath the shroud.
Has anyone solved this problem yet?

I ended up uninstalling aura and reinstalling and it got mine working again. I’m using only the basic lighting; MB, RAM and graphics card, no rgb headers. Good luck.*

    Possible solution

    I've found a solution.

    1. Stop all the Aura services in your task manager (All the services related to Aura, search name by name)
    2. Uninstall Aura and Aura Service
    3. Erase a folder called "Lighting Control" in C:Program Filesx86...
    4. Install and run CCleaner in serach of trash files and the reg issues. (Fix all the reg entries and SAVE A BACKUP COPY IN SOME FOLDER YOU WON´T FORGET)
    5. Restart your PC
    6. Install an old version of Aura (V1.05.32.02_20180307), you can download it in the web of your MoBo by clicking on "Utilities"... "See more" then you will see older versions.
    7. Open Aura and apply some effect.
    8. Restart again
    9. Done

I have the same problem, motherboard rgb fully stopped working and the rgb headers only light in white color, both of them. I tried to update BIOS, reinstalled aura, in the BIOS light is turned on but nothing helps. The GPU and the keyboard is working fine. I don’t know what happened but if it not going to work i will send back to asus to fix it, it is only 10 months old MB.
