First, This is brand new build.

Second, I have updated my BIOS to v902

Third, I have read amd-raid-quick-start-guide.pdf

I have enabled Raid in Adv -> SATA Config. I have also enabled NVMe Raid in Adv -> AMD PBS. I restarted the system

RAIDXpert2 Tool does not show up under the Advanced options at all....

Any advice?

no need for sata raid, unless you need sata raid with the mb controller.

With nvme raid enabled, I would suggest powering down the system and starting again to see if raidxpert has appeared. Just restart with fastboot etc might not work "properly".
