Well, the Windows 10 April 2018 is here. In order to upgrade from the FCU to the new 1803 all you must do is go to Windows Update, and manually check for updates, and the new version will install.

Since lots of us X299 people had trouble upgrading from 1703 to 1709 is anyone here brave enough to try and update ? I think I am going to wait a few days to see how the upgrades go, but if anyone tries the update please let us know here how it goes. TIA

Today Received Microsoft April Update , "Spring Update" Few Things Seem Better W 10 1803 Build 17134.1
Issue with Kaspersky So Far in this W10 version
W 10 Audio still Messed Up, Had To Reinstall My Audio Driver

I test it mine is ok. There are changes to the windows audio control since now windows detect multiple sources, and can be adjust. I have no idea if asus will make a update o Realtek. but will be nice to control that on asus apps.

Curious about those that have updated or will. Can you go right from 1703 to 1803 or do you need to do 1709 first?

Cumulative Update , W10 will update to latest version , no need to install past updates , the latest version is like a New Windows 10 install , completely new
you can go from 1703 to 1803 no issue
