ASUS won't accept RMA from "end users?!
My graphics card is dying and I need to RMA it for replacement, but ASUS has refused to grant an RMA because they said it can only be returned via the seller! I have no contact with the seller, and neither is it their responsibility this long after purchase.
"To arrange a return of the component/peripheral device , please contact your seller to arrange the return for repair, replacement or refund. Please note that the return can be arranged via the distribution chain only .
