G750 JM CPU Fan Noise, where to Buy a New Fan?
I'm using a Asus G750JM for the last 3 and a half years and about 1 month ago the CPU fan started to make buzzing noises. It starts randomly and it only stops if i shut down the laptop then restart, then it stops for about 4-5 hours and starts again. I cleaned the fan with compressed air twice. Every time the sound stops for about 3-4 days then it starts again.
Example: https://youtu.be/_pTCOJ7cJbk
Do i have to disassemble the fan and clean every part or buy a new one?
If i need to buy a new one can you recommend some sites where i can do that?Last edited by Frostbite7274; 05-01-2018 at 04:31 PM. Reason: Added more info

You can try cleaning the fan and using sewing oil in the bearings, there are a lot of youtube vids about that.
If that doesnt work this site sells a lot of parts : https://www.asus-accessories.com/

If you have an electric razor, it probably came with a vial of oil for the bearings to keep them lubed. I use that for such things too because it's on hand. Try it (sparingly, like 1 or 2 drops at most) if you have some.
