Hi, the solution here is working for my gl 502 vmk

    https://troubleshooter.xyz/wiki/fix-...r_ASUS_Laptops

I reinstalled drivers, removed the ai charger. Finally working again ! TBH, we shouldnt have these issues. Asus need to take care of this . Much time lost and work wth missing selective keys not working due to software.

Had the same issue. Go to device manager and right click on keyboard, press "update driver". Choose search drivers on this pc and then press choose from already installed drivers. There must be HID Keyboard Device, choose it instead of ASUS NUMPAD
I found this thread back then and fixed my issue with this very helpful information. Also had to do this fix with the 1909. Yesterday 2004 got installed by itself and again the same problem, numpad was installed, but when I tried to change it but it did not work. I reverted the 2004 update and I am back to normal. But fear this new update 20H2 will be a nightmare again. Why can't this issue be fixed?

This is what fixed it for my GL702VS that had all keys not working in Windows/BIOS apart from power button. The fix is for many different GL series laptops.

My keyboard is now working 100%.
