Strix X370-F Gaming - Temp issue after BIOS Updates

I was wondering if anyone has been experiencing this issue...

Basically, I updated to BIOs version 4009 and I noticed that my temps are fluctuating between 27 degrees and 39 degrees in idle over a 60 second time frame. This is happening in all apps I use for checking temps such as HWMonitor. Even the ASUS AI Suite does it. I've also noticed that the individual core temps in HWMonitor have gone...

Its playing havoc with my fan curves. I've adjusted them to compensate.

I updated to BIOS 4012 last night, and its still doing the same.

My rig is:

Strix X370-F Mobo
Ryzen 1600x
NZXT X62
G.Skill F4-2400C 15-8GTZR x2 - 16gb Ram
Asus Strix 1060 6gb OC edition GPU
Samsung EVO 960 256Gb nvme

To note, when putting the system under load, the temps stabilise.

I've even taken the overclock off and am running at stock speeds....

Any ideas?

On the plus side, I have notice that I can overclock to 4.1ghz now and my RAM can get up to 2733mhz without issue too. Before I could get 4ghz and 2666mhz RAM
