Sending in a PG with a scratch 9 months later still possible?

Hello there,

My monitor came when I purchased it with a scratch. After that, I was on a students-exchange for half a year and now I was thinking about whether it is possible to still get it swapped? I've own a lot of Asus products (X99 Deluxe II and Strix 1080 Ti right now for example) and usually don't complain but now that I see it again, I wonder whether my still eligible to have it swapped?

It would be best if you contact your local dealer for information since policies may vary between countries.
However, i don't think it can be swapped because 9 months has passed since your purchase. You can still send it for RMA, though.
