Lightbulb Shadow of Rampage VII Extreme and Rampage VIII Extreme debut from China

    According to China website*http://www.moepc.net/?post=4770

Look like Icelake SP and Sapphire Rapid SP going to be next generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processor on 2019 and 2020.
There are big Microarchitect change each generation. According to source, Icelake SP borrowing Xeon Phi tiles Microarchitect
to support first 4-way HyperThreading Technology (Knight Mill) maximum core count going from existing 28 core to 38 core
    8 Channal DDR4 *and new 32GB HBM2 as MCMRAM.

Icelake SP code name as “ICX” maybe on 2019 Intel May decide to use Socket 4189 on both HEDT and XEON Scalable
same as older sockets 2011 and 2011-v3 styles.*
