Hi.

Since recently I had a RAM compatibility problem with my MB ASUS ROG Strix Z270H and memory kits Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000 (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15).
When i build my new system a year ago on this moterboard i also bought 2 kits (2*8 + 2*8) of Corsair RAM. This kits has a versions 3.20 and 5.20 and it works perfect together with parameters setted by XMP (15-17-17-35-1.35). Some time ago one module of the kit with version 3.20 becomes faulty and i have to RMA this kit.
As replacement for the failed kit i received the same kit but with version 5.30. And this two kits (ver 5.20 + ver 5.30) dont't want to work well together with parameters stored in XMP. I tried to install this kits separately and each of them works perfect with XMP settings (15-17-17-35-1.35). I also tried to install one module ver 5.20 + one module ver 5.30 and it's also works perfect. But if it installed together (all 4 modules) the motherboard can't boot - Orange led turns on for ~5-7 seconds and turns off and this is all. I have to power off my system and after power on it boot in safe mode (2133Mhz) and waits to press F1 to enter BIOS.

I tried:
1. change the modules position in slots
2. manually sets the memory timings without using the XMP profiles
3. rise VCCIO and VCC Agent voltages from 1.15 to 1.25
4. increase DRAM voltage to 1.40

Some times (rarely) motherboard starts yet with XMP settings, boots Windows but it works unstable and fails stability tests.
Its stable works on default 2133Mhz with all timings setted to 'auto' in BIOS.

The only way at this time that i found to get it to work on specified 3000Mhz is manual rising the Cycle time (tRAS) from 35 to 37

What this problem is related for and can it be corrected in the new version of BIOS?
