The new Samsung ssd should come with official Samsung data migration software. Very easy to use.

I also had great success with this when I added a Samsung 960 Pro SSD.

I used clonezilla. very easy to use following the online tutorial. The only downside I've found was to clone from m.2 to m.2. First had to clone to an image on other drive and than restore to new m.2. More time consuming cause not disk to disk but it still went smooth.
