    Hello FassTech

    Welcome to the ROG forum.

At default settings the i7-8700k boosts to 4.7GHz, at default settings it's likely getting overvolted and could run with lower voltage. Try the CPU Core/Cache voltage at 1.15v - 1.20v.

You may be able to hit 5.0GHz with the H115i cpu cooler.

What hardware monitoring program are you using?

GPU Tweak II is for overclocking your gpu, I'm not familiar with the Corsair Utility Engine so I'm not sure what all it monitors.

I use HWinfo and it monitors pretty much everything in your pc.

HWinfo download, click the green Download Installer then click FossHub - https://www.hwinfo.com/download.php

I'm using the i7-7700k and have the Core clock, Core Voltage (Vcore) and temps circled in red, click the pic to make it bigger.
