Hello,

i hope someone can help or knows a fix of this.

I have i9 7960x + Rampage Vi Extreme + 2x DOMINATOR® PLATINUM Special Edition CONTRAST 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3466 (PC4-27700)

When i use set the Mhz to 3466 in the Bios. I get by playing games or use photoshop a Bluescreen Whea Uncorrectable Error . Set the Mhz to 3200Mhz, there is no Issue, no Bluescreen or something else.

I test als another Rampage Vi Extreme, another CPU there are also the Issue. Bios is at same boards 1301

The Timings are 16-18-18-36

Thanks

The memory is unstable at the desired frequency. Mixing memory kits is not recommended, as all kits are binned to run in the capacity they are sold in. You will need to tune the memory related setttings manually.

Try and relax CAS to 17 and increase DRAM voltage to 1.4v, as well as tuning the System Agent and VCCIO voltages.

Shamino helped me with my memory kit. Set Uncore offset to 0.37. Stabilizes the memory per Shammy here:

Post #8. Since adding this offset, no problems here.

@dronson try setting ram manually as post above, it’s not the mobo it’s the ram that has the issue and has to be stable = no more blue screens.
