Aura Sync V1.06.17

Problem description:

I have this board a short time (4 months +/-) since I always bought the Aura Sync system, both the heatsink lighting and the 5050 led strip I installed in the case (4-pin connector).

2 weeks ago I tried to do a SSD RAID 0, without success because the performance did not please me (they were different SSD's), then I undid RAID, I went back to AHCI mode, I installed Windows normally on 1 single SSD, downloaded and installed the drivers from the manufacturer's website and set everything up correctly. But Aura Sync stopped working. I reinstalled the drivers, reset the bios and nothing. I formatted the pc again, reinstalled everything and nothing.

You have a bios option to disable or enable the RGB controller, I've already moved on it and I was not successful. Normally when I turned on the pc, it was already lighting the heatsink, even before I started windows, and now no sign of life, that is, it is not a driver problem.

Sorry if the pronunciation is not correct, because I'm using the translator, I'm Brazilian. 😛

Yeah Aura 1.06.17 is a dud!

My ASUS Strix lighting has stopped working with current version of AURA. Works fine with older versions.

Hello Friend. I have already installed older versions, including the one that came along with the cd of the motherboard and did not solve the problem. I'm thinking it might be a hardware defect, so I'll have to get the card for the warranty.
