While your question was not for me. I'm using 1.0.0.2 bios with this board and 4 dimms of this memory hx436c17pb3k2/16 (Kingston B-die). I've just loaded xmp profile for 3600mhz and it works. Voltage was set to 1.35 and I haven't changed it. Oh, and I had to set manually FCLK to 1800 since it was 900 on auto. It greatly reduced my latency (from 85.5ns to 71.3ns).
    I'm using 3700x btw.

I recommend, for tasting sake, to use default settings for your G.Skill and use D.O.C.P. with default timings. I recommend starting from 3200 and manually set FCLK to half the size of mem. frequency (1600 in this case).

Test your PC and gaming. If there is no micro-stutter, then ramp up Frequency and FCLK by small steps. Adjust DRAM voltage if necessary.
DONT PLAY WITH TIMINGS, the point is just to find a reason of micro-stutter.

I had micro-stutter issues my self but with 3800 Mhz (1900 FCLK) and there was no memory error in tests. The reason was that I hit the limit in UCLK:FCLK OC, not memory itself. It will be corrected in future BIOS updates probably.
We have probably the same G.Skill (or similar), you can check mine below my name (PC Specs), and I run my memory 3733 MHz (1867 FCLK) just fine.
You will see my specs in the next quote response.

Here are my settings for my G.Skill B-Die memory you can check in my PC Specs under my username. DRAM Voltage is 1.435V and I have Corsair VENGEANCE Airflow on top of it from the previous configuration:

Let me know if you have any other question, but keep in mind there is no 1-click solution. You need to be patient with your memory OC (and OC in general) and trial/error approach until you hit the sweet spot.

I've managed to get above 3200MHz/1600 (MEM/FCLK) but not stable. It was a combination of increasing some voltages, finding new timings for e-die at these speeds (3600 16-17-17-34), and changing the RAM slots in use. When I first installed the board, it would not detect both sticks of RAM in the 2 slot config pattern recommended in the manual. I figured maybe the manual got it wrong since they both worked in the other 2 slots. I retried the original slots and they worked this time. This particular ram seems to be a hair longer than some old Corsair LPX DDR4 I had lying around which slides in and locks just fine in any slot on this motherboard. I really hate it when motherboard manufacturers only use a single lock-in clip per slot of RAM especially when space constraints aren't an issue.

Finally said whet the heck and wiped the dust off the 3800X's box and the X470-F box. Luckily still had my 1700X around to flash the bios o version 5204. Do not particularly care for the in bios update. The Crosshair 6 Hero was able to use Aptio4 to flash the bios. When tried this with the X470-F, received a strange error never saw before. The sizes of the files did not match. Here is what was used: AfuEfix64 SX470FG.CAP /X /B /P /N /K. Am I missing a switch to avoid the size miss-match error? Or, Aptio4 is not supported and need to use AptioV?

So today I received my 3800X and I noticed a small issue that I didn't have with my 2700X. In the BIOS, le mouse cursor is very laggy... like the bios framerate is at 15 FPS.
Do you guys know how to fix that ? Beside it, everything works fine.

Second question: why when I put the bclk at 101, all core on my 3800X stucked at 3939 ?
Once I put back to 100, the bus clock back to 99.8. Spread spectrum is off btw.

It sounds like a system timer issue. I am using the Windows timer with a few additional BCD tweaks instead of HPET. I use a program called TimerTool to lower the Windows timer resolution to .5ms. I also used a program called MSI_util_v2.exe to change interrupt priorities for system drivers like USB controllers, audio and video.

    Here are my BCD tweaks:
    Code:
    bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock
    bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes
    bcdedit /set useplatformtick yes
    bcdedit /set tscsyncpolicy Enhanced
It could also be this issue too compounding a system timer issue.

I've only ever seen a VRM spread spectrum setting. But there is also a hidden SB clock spectrum setting. I dumped the BIOS and opened it in AMIBCP and saw that there is another spread spectrum setting in the main AI Tweaker menu and it should be visible according to AMIBCP, but I've never seen it. I've never gotten a perfect 100MHz bus clock on this board, except once. And 101 or higher just won't boot. The one time I did get an even 100 on the bus was by a fluke. I accidentally loaded one of the user profiles I saved from a different BIOS version. Many of the settings it prefilled were just the letter "o" instead of an actual value. I fixed them all manually, but it also must have changed hidden settings as well. The BIOS screens now had a left to right swipe animation when switching between pages and when I got into Windows, I was getting nice round boost clocks due to 100.0 bclk, but performance was hosed because cores were dropping down to 550MHz on load, most likely because of the user profile changing some hidden setting. I loaded optimized defaults and manually set everything again and the old 99.8 bclk was back.

I noticed the mouse lag issue in the BIOS to when I first got the board. I only use the keyboard now except on the Qfan graphs.

Thx but i believe was a ram problem, i did ton of test and on stock bios setting was fine, docp 3200 was also giving me problem, then today 1usmus relase new dram calcolar and i did some other test whit new profile and so far 3600 safe setting was ok also 3733 tryng atm seems to be fine, screen whit setting below. Idk why maybe CLDO VDDG setting can affect aswell, during test today i forgot to set and noticed in auto was like 1.1 a bit lower compared to SOC voltage now im tryng using 1.0 instead of 0.950 showed in the calculator ... i will update

Forgot to say, i noticed another difference CPU on die termination also know as procODT in calculator suggestion was 34 or 36 on auto motherboard put 40 and its what im using now

    Update
Ran p95 had screen blank out x2
Each time had to increase voltage.
    Now @1.37500v
If it blanks again i will drop it 4.1 and try working voltage down again.

So did some reading on the p95 screen blank outs and came across some of the very early pages of this forum thread on our mobos.
Some of the elders here may remember some of the issues of running 2 monitoring softwares and p95 at the same time.
So after reading those pages decided to uncheck run at startup in my corsair link 4 for my h110i but have not ran p95 yet to confirm or not if thats was the reason for the p95 blank outs.

With the change above i also disabled xfr and what i could in pbo, dropped from 4.125ghz to 4.1ghz lowered the voltages
And have been having pretty good luck.
Currently still have LLC'S @ level 3 for cpu and soc.
    Vddcr cpu override @ 1.35000v
    Soc @ 1.06250
    Running tests now.

    Previous voltage was 1.35625
Which OCCT ran for 9hrs no issuse's.
Ran 8hrs realbench stress testing with 8gb of my 16gb No issuse's.

So eventually i will still have to try p95 (more for confirmation) again but for now i will use Occt v5.3.2 , aida64, and realbench for stressing along with 3dmark firestrike, passmark performance test 9 and cinnabench r15 for performance testing.
