Is flashing bios relatively risk free on this motherboard?

Raise clock multiplier, enter voltage, boot, stability test, repeat until you're happy. I got a pretty bad R5 1600 chip when I owned one, so I was only able to get to 3.75 GHz at like 1.284v. Anything beyond that, no matter the voltage, was unstable.

Then overclock the memory. DOCP will load the proper XMP profile automatically. Reboot, boot into a flash drive that has MemTest86 on it, test the memory for errors. Any errors at all (more than zero) means it's unstable. Go back into the BIOS, and lower the clock or loosen up the timings. Ryzen DRAM Calculator will be your friend here. You may find that 2933 MHz or 3000 MHz with CL13 or CL14 timings is better than 3200 MHz with CL15 or CL16 timings. I have a 3000 MHz CL15 kit that I was only recently able to get running at XMP rated speeds. Before hand I was running the kit at 2933 MHz and very tight 14-13-13-34 timings. The memory latency was actually lower when running at 2933 than at 3000.

Lastly, you may also find that a CPU overclock that you had stable with the memory at 2133 won't be stable at higher clocks. I personally haven't run into this issue, but it does happen. It's a balancing act.
Sorry for late answer, I was on a private trip. Here si the picture from BIOS (for some reason it gave me the error if I uplaod picture to this forum):

    https://postimg.cc/McYBZq2Q

    https://postimg.cc/4HYH1cK6

So I should use DOCP, not manual? As far as I seen if I put manual I won have option of memory DOCP. CPU voltage is VDDRCR CPU (second picture)? Cpu frequency is on CPU custom ratio?

Why is DRAM voltege 1.2 V, shouldnt that be 1.35V like it is listed on corsair page? Maybe it will work on that voltage on full frequency speed?

    https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Memory...6GX4M2B3200C16

Does anyone here has this memory (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) with this board? What speed does it run? Many say that this in not good memroy for Ryzen, big compatibillity problem to get it to work of full speed.

Should I use Ryzen or windows power plan on win10?

Like I said before I OC long time ago, I forgot some basic things

I have the same memory as you do and it runs at 3200MHz with my 2700X. Just use DOCP with updated BIOS https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards...HelpDesk_BIOS/

I use Balanced Windows Power Plan

You don't need a specific memory for Ryzen, this has been already fixed. A motherboard BIOS update fixes this issue across the entire Ryzen platform.

I also did not bother with overclocking as Ryzen CPUs don't have a lot of headroom for overclocking compared to Intel in general. Hopefully in the future 7nm Ryzen CPUs has some decent overclockability. XFR and PBO work really well that I personally don't need to overclock. 4.35GHz on a single core and 4.1GHz on 8 cores.

Flashing your BIOS on any motherboard is generally risk free as long as you know what you're doing and don't get a power outage during the flash process.

Thanks. I have 1x00 series which has worst memory controller so that will maybe be a problem. I`ll need to try.

So Ai overclock tuner to DOCP. What does mean this 5V mean at the end of this highlight option:

Also still don`t understand how multiplier (custom cpu ratio??) works:

CPU voltage on manual or offseet mode:

Still haven`t tried to save this settings, I just want to learn basics before I try this.

I have made a video tutorial for RAM oc, you may give it a try,
    https://youtu.be/M9GHY69NXqg

Another one for balancing the cpu oc, setting a proper llc on this mobo,

BIOS 4024 nothing new to me working fine as always. No new option for 1xxx series. Same stability. I am trying to find out few bugs related to bios fan profile is solved or not. Can't say anything for 2xxx series of cpus.

Thanks man, appreciated. Not a youtuber, just making some helpful videos (I believe) for this mobo and ryzen.
