    Hello.
I have problem: all my coolers and LED still working after shutdown.
I upgraded my system (bought new cpu, motherboard, ram, cpu cooler). Now i have:
    • Rog Strix X470-F Gaming (last ver bios - 5216)
    • Ryzen 7 3700x
    • Kingston HyperX Predator [HX432C16PB3K2/16]
    • RX 580 8gb
    • Thermaltake 650w rgb
    • Windows 10 Pro x64

I did not check how it worked until the complete assembly, installation of a new Windows, BIOS update. Bot now after shutdown all fans, power supply LED and graphic card LED still working.
I tried disabling fast startup, take off hibernation, change power config in windows. Also i change settings in BIOS - Enable (S4+S5) and tryed change another settings.
But after all only LED on motherboard began to turn off after shutdown (after turning off the settings in BIOS, not after enable (S4+S5) in erp settings). And earlier, when the power supply was turned on, all coolers and LED also turned on immediately. But now they have stopped doing it.
Does someone know what could be the problem?
And second question. How bad is it if I turn off the power supply already after shutdown?
P.S. My english is not good, so there may be problems in the text.

with my 2700x I used level 2 on both vcore and soc, but other day decided change it to auto, and made 0 difference to anything.

    Will vcore downclock

Looking for clarification on manual overclock with this board and newest bios. Will vcore lower like the cpu clock speed during idle periods . I see depending on what power plan I use core clock will down clock, but voltage stays same.
