Yes, you can write those values into a stock bios with the tool FD44Editor.

Don't Update its not stable. Do not update..

    4207 is the best..
    don't update... Keep 4207.

if you planing for Ryzen 3rd gen chip, you can update it after chips available. Don't update now they are like beta releases..
Lot's of bugs there.. 4207 is stable and fine.
If you don't want to upgrade to Ryzen 3rd gen, then you don't need update anymore..

4602 is different, there are bugs, but at least for me it's stable. Exactly everything is working and performance is on par. And it has ONE flip. Memory compatibility is better, I could tighten up timings on my 4 ram sticks quite a bit. Other than that, no particular benefit.

One thing worth mentioning is AMD now recommends using Windows 10 "high performance" power plan instead of "balanced" when using PBO.

But, if you're not fond of tinkering it's best to stay on whatever bios version working well for you.

Chapter 7, Section 2 - Windows Power Options

"For workloads that can use the full thread capacity of the CPU, the OS power policy should be set
to “High performance” or "AMD High Performance" options by the user for maximum
performance. For workloads that don’t stress the thread capacity, the OS power policy can be left
in “Balanced” mode for marginally lower idle power and temperature."

Wow. He's right. I'll try this when I get home. I wonder if there will be a measurable difference.
